The Museum's focus is on prehistoric life, including dinosaurs, ancient sea animals, Oligocene mammals and modern animals. HOURS: Memorial Day to Labor Day: Mon - Sat, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Winter: Tues, Thurs, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Sat, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm ADMISSION: Free; donations accepted PERMANENT EXHIBITS: Permanent exhibits include Sea Life in Wyoming - Devonian to Cretaceous ages, "Stephanie" - a Triceratops skull that is being put together, "Churchy le Toro" a Torosaur jaw and frill, several Oligocene mammals, Tyrannosaurus rex teeth, duckbill dinosaur parts, and a modern taxidermy display. RESEARCH MATERIALS: The museum contains original descriptions and scientific papers about many prehistoric animals (approximately 500 papers and books). There are no fees, but patrons must use them at the museum. There is also a children's education center with books, movies, and games which also are free but must stay at the museum.
