Exhibits cover the general history of Johnson County with special attention to the Hole-in-the-Wall, Johnson County Invasion, Dull Knife Battlefield, Fort Reno, and the Bozeman Trail.

HOURS:
Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

ADMISSION: Free; donations accepted.

SPECIAL EXHIBITS/EVENTS/PROGRAMS:
Annual historical tours are the fourth Saturday in June.
Call for details on the 2001 program.
The museum is a supporter of the following events in Kaycee:
Sheepherder's Rodeo, July
Deke Latham Memorial PRCA Rodeo
Powder River Western Art Show.

RESEARCH MATERIALS:
The museum has files, books, and oral histories.
There is a fee for use of the photocopier.

PUBLICATIONS:
Museum members receive a newletter of special events and tours. Membership is $7 for adults, $3.50 for children and seniors, and $20 for families. Contact Jeanne Knapp for details.
