Step Back in Time at Rockpile Museum’s “Repeal of Prohibition: Sipping History” with Mixologist Amber Pollock

The event will be held on Thursday, December 5, at 5:30 PM. Join mixologist Amber Pollock, from Wyoming owned Backwards Distilling as she recreates the flavors of the 1930’s, with Prohibition era classic cocktails. To mark the anniversary of the repeal of the 18 th Amendment, Amber will be crafting cocktails, while inviting guests to explore the history of stills and illegal alcohol that flourished during this time in history. Guests will also enjoy period-accurate appetizers capturing not just the sip but the savor of the 1930’s. This engaging experience will highlight the history of Prohibition in the U.S., where innovation flourished during restriction.
