Purpose: The Foundation exists to acquire financial assets that can be used to assist the Wyoming Historical Society in the preservation and interpretation of Wyoming History. 

Funds donated to the Wyoming Historical Foundation are permanently invested in the Wyoming Community Foundation long-term endowment and the yearly dividends split 60/40 with 60% of the dividends going to the Wyoming Historical Society and 40% re-invested in the Wyoming Community Foundation.  The Foundation accepts gifts anytime, but specifically host two fundraising drives each year.

Gifts and memorial donations can be made to: The WHS/WHF Endowment Fund, PO Box 247, Wheatland, WY 82201. 
Gifts may be tax deductible.  Please specify if your donation is specific for the Foundation's endowment, or general support for the Society.
